A custody arrangement needs to change because of a child's care needs. A parent has to plan for what happens when they can no longer serve as caregiver. Okonkwo Law LLC represents these families across that full arc, so they have one lawyer who already knows their situation instead of a new referral every time a new issue appears. • Special education advocacy: IEP and 504 plan assistance, ISBE due process matters

• Family law matters connected to a family member's disability: custody and parenting plan modifications, guardianship disputes among family members

• Mediation limited to special needs family disputes: IEP facilitation, parenting plan mediation involving a child with a disability
